I am now 18 weeks pregnant. I have only gained about a pound at this point. I weigh less than what I did starting out with Owen, but I look bigger so go figure… She is due November 8, 2011. I found out at my 15 week appointment that it’s a girl! We told family by having “It’s a Girl” written on some brownies wrapped in cellophane and tied with pink “It’s a Girl” ribbon. I told Charlie by surprising him at school for lunch. I had taped a card to the inside of a personal pan pizza box. Written on the box it said “Surprise We’re Having A…” and the card was pink and said “Baby Girl”! He was very excited about it! I can’t wait for Owen to have a baby sister and Charlie to have a baby girl! Here are some ultrasound photos and some comparison preggo pics:
I can’t wait to get started on her nursery…it will have to be a lot later to be completed than what Owen’s was due to the lack of “funds” but I am super excited! We want to do a clean, pink and white, girly frufru look! I will post pictures as soon as we start on things!
